About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Current State Architecture Documentation: You will analyze and document existing business processes and information systems across the university, creating a comprehensive inventory of technologies.
  • Capability Mapping: Collaborating with academic and administrative departments, you will identify the key capabilities needed for effective university operations and associate them with current and potential IT solutions.
  • Future State Planning: You will develop and document future state architectures that align with the university’s strategic objectives, analyzing new applications and technologies for integration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with faculty, staff, and IT teams, you will gather requirements and ensure alignment with institutional priorities, effectively communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business architecture or systems analysis, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications
