Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Conducting research and providing education in architecture, focusing on the history of architecture and architectural archives.
  • Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, including “History of Architecture,” “Museology,” and “Architectural Design Studio.”
  • Supervising student research and projects, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary: Approximately 7 million yen, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, with a break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and designated holiday periods.
  • Contract Details: Full-time regular employee with a tenured position and a six-month probationary period.
  • Additional Benefits: Health insurance, retirement allowances, transportation expenses, and a pay increase system.
