Position Overview

Job Title: Pre-Apprenticeship in Construction Technologies Adjunct Instructor

This position allows for part-time teaching assignments, which can occur at either the Valencia or Canyon Country campus, or other college teaching locations. As part of an adjunct instructor pool, candidates may be considered for immediate and future teaching needs.

Key Responsibilities

As an adjunct instructor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Possess an unexpired California Community College Instructor Credential in Construction Technologies, or
  • Hold an associate degree with four years of occupational experience in the relevant field, or
  • Have six years of occupational experience in construction, a journeyman’s certificate, and complete at least twelve semester units of apprenticeship or college-level coursework.
