About the Project
Design technology has become essential in addressing various design challenges, such as visualization and performance assessment. This project seeks to elevate design technology from being merely a tool for visualization to an integral component of the design thinking process. By automating design processes and complementing expert designs, the project aims to enhance the rationale and efficiency of urban landscape design.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Engineer, you will be expected to:
- Develop and implement generative AI models for urban landscape planning and design.
- Interpret and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct innovative research.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- A Master’s degree in environmental science, GIS, computer science, or a related discipline.
- A strong background and interest in design technology.
- Proficiency in statistical and programming skills, particularly in Python, MATLAB, and R.
- Experience in spatial analysis.
