• Application Period: The application process opens on September 1, 2024, and closes on December 1, 2024.
• Application Deadline: All applicants must submit their initial application to the RGC by 12:00 noon (HKT) and their full application to HKU by 11:59 pm (HKT) on the same day.

How to Apply

1. Initial Application: Applicants must submit an initial application through the RGC’s HKPFS Electronic System to obtain an HKPFS Reference Number. Only one application is permitted; multiple submissions will lead to disqualification.
2. Full Application: After obtaining the reference number, candidates must submit a full application through the HKU Online Application System, ensuring to indicate their application for HKPFS and quote the obtained reference number.

Program Selection
