About the ETH AI Center

Fellowship Details
Research Focus
As a fellow, you will propose and conduct your own research project that aligns with the center’s mission. You will work under the mentorship of two distinguished principal investigators (PIs) from different fields, fostering a rich interdisciplinary experience. Additionally, you will have numerous opportunities to engage with other teams and participate in faculty retreats, symposia, and summits.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the fellowship, candidates must:
- Hold a PhD or be within 12 months of completing their doctoral thesis.
- Possess a background in relevant AI fields or related areas such as computer science, machine learning, statistics, physics, engineering, or applied mathematics.
- Have a proficient level of English for effective communication and reporting.
