Project Overview
The research project explores how climate change, particularly increasing temperatures and humidity, impacts buildings. Sweden’s warmer, more humid future climate poses risks, including increased mold growth and reduced ventilation efficiency. The project aims to provide definitive solutions for industry and policymakers to prevent moisture damage, enhance indoor comfort, and mitigate economic costs.

Major Responsibilities
The candidate’s primary task will be to:

  • Develop a theoretical framework based on literature reviews.
  • Formulate problem statements.
  • Choose appropriate methodologies and critically analyze the findings.

Qualification Requirements

  • An MSc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields.
  • Experience with building design, simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python), and energy efficiency.
  • Proficiency in English communication.

Contract Terms and Application
