Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of building design and construction for various projects, including:
- Project Management: Manage new construction, renovation, tenant fit-out, and capital renewal projects, often exceeding $20 million in cost.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with client representatives and users to review program requirements and develop milestone schedules.
- Documentation: Utilize PMWeb for comprehensive project documentation, including budget approvals, design documents, and invoicing.
Specific Duties
- Project Initiation: Prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), analyze bids, and make recommendations for project awards.
- Project Design: Coordinate internal and external reviews, ensure adherence to design standards, and monitor project deliverables for compliance.
- Budget Management: Establish and maintain project budgets, review invoices and change orders, and manage forecasts and contingencies.
- Construction Oversight: Ensure projects adhere to policies and standards, monitor construction schedules, and manage project logistics.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of construction/project management experience with a proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
