About the GREAT Scholarships

The GREAT Scholarships provide £10,000 towards tuition fees for successful candidates. This scholarship is designed to support international students who aspire to enhance their academic and professional skills in the UK. It is a fantastic opportunity for students who wish to study full-time postgraduate taught degree programs at the University of Bradford.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the GREAT Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a national of Thailand or Vietnam, residing in their respective country.
• Must be living overseas and not be nationals of the EU.
• Must be assessed as an overseas fee-paying student.
• Must be self-funded; students funded by sponsors are not eligible for this award.
• Must have received an offer to study at the University of Bradford starting in September 2025.

Scholarships will be awarded based on the highest overall entry qualifications and the applicant’s ability to demonstrate how they plan to use the knowledge gained from their chosen program in their future careers.

Applicable Courses

The GREAT Scholarships are available for all full-time postgraduate taught degree programs at the University of Bradford. However, it’s important to note that this scholarship is only applicable to courses based in Bradford, and external or distance learning courses are not eligible.

• Application Deadline: Interested candidates should apply by April 30, 2025.

Important Notes

• The GREAT Scholarship will only cover the first year of tuition costs.
