Key Responsibilities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Literature Review: Conducting thorough literature reviews on topics relevant to the project to ensure a solid foundation for research.
  • Study Design: Designing simulation and analytics-related studies, experiments, and analyses to explore key questions in construction management.
  • Data Management: Collecting and cleaning data obtained from various collaborators to ensure high-quality research outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Liaising with collaborators for meetings and data collection to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Research Documentation: Writing research papers, reports, and proposals to communicate findings effectively.
  • Additional Tasks: Assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) with any other tasks as required.

Qualifications

Candidates interested in this position should meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Master’s degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: A strong background in smart production planning, scheduling, and AI technologies is essential.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in multi-agent deep reinforcement learning (DRL), particularly within the prefabricated construction industry.
  • Personal Attributes: Candidates should be willing to learn, demonstrate leadership qualities, be proactive, communicative, and responsible team players.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English writing and communication skills to effectively present research findings.
