Introduction: The University of Naples Federico II is offering a PhD position focused on “Transition Design and Design for Social Innovation” within the broader SEIZMIC project, a EU-funded doctoral network. This position will explore how transition design and social innovation can scale social entrepreneurship solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a literature review on Transition Design (TD) and Design for Social Innovation (DSI).
- Perform field research to assess successful TD and DSI initiatives.
- Develop innovative social business models.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Background in service design, social innovation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must not have resided in Italy for more than 12 months in the last 3 years.
