About the position

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow in Built Environment and Behaviour at NUS Cities, an interdisciplinary platform within the College of Design and Engineering. The position is associated with the Cities Foresight Lab (CFL), which works at the intersection of urban planning, governance and strategic research.

The successful candidate will contribute to the Community Assets and Activity Chain Modelling (CA-ACM) project, commissioned by Singapore’s Health Promotion Board. The project examines how the built environment influences residents’ daily activities, lifestyle patterns and physical activity, with the goal of identifying urban features that encourage healthier and more active living.

This opportunity is particularly relevant to researchers working across architecture, urban planning, environmental behaviour, public health and social sciences.
