The Student Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting the various programs offered by the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape. This position is designed for someone who is innovative, driven, and enthusiastic about engaging with prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

As a Student Recruitment Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber students to the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, including open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the school’s programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective students during the application process, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to create marketing materials that effectively communicate the school’s offerings and unique value propositions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related area, preferably within a higher education context.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
